CTET 2019 Exam Dates is finalised by CBSE and Central Teacher Eligibility Test 2019 will be held on 07 Jul 2019. Candidates who want to make a career in the teaching field must have the CTET qualified certificate.

Now, Candidates have a golden chance to apply for CTET and qualified it as DSSSB has already released a huge number of vacancies in the govt teaching field.

CTET Jul 2019 online registration is supposed to be starting from Apr 2019 but as of now, it is not released till now on the official website of CTET Jul 2019. Candidate can apply online for CTET 2019 once the online registration link will be active.

  • first, confirm eligibility to apply online for CTET Jul 2019 examination.

CTET 2019 Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes I-V: Primary Stage

Paper I

  • Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with 50% marks and passed or
    appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education.
    OR
  • Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with 45% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education, in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002.
    OR
    Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
    OR
    Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Education (Special Education)*.
    OR
    Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of two-year Diploma in Elementary Education.

Minimum Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes VI-VIII: Elementary Stage

Paper II

  • Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
    OR
  • Graduation with 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed).
    OR
  • Graduation with 45% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard.
    OR
  • Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
    OR
  • Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.
    OR
  • Graduation with 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education)*

Note: Relaxation up to 5% in the qualifying marks in the minimum Educational Qualification for eligibility shall be allowed to the candidates belonging to reserved categories, such as SC/ST/OBC/Differently abled.

CTET 2019 Exam Pattern / Paper Structure

There will be 2 papers in CTET 2019 exams.

  • Paper I for those candidates who are willing to be a teacher for classes I to V
  • Paper II for those candidates who are willing to be a teacher for classes Vi to VIII

Candidates who intents to be a teacher for both levels Paper (I) and (II) will have to appear in both papers.

Total Question – 150
Duration – 02 Hours 30 Minutes
The language of the Paper – Bilingual (Hindi/English)

There is no negative marking.

CTET 2019 Admit Card is issued in online only, candidates can download the CTET 2019 admit card from the CTET 2019 official website (ctet.nic.in). CTET 2019 Admit card has been issued only those candidates who had applied for CTET 2019 exam on time and submit requisite fee on time. CTET 2019 Result

CTET 2019 result will be released online after the successful conduct of the exam. CTET 2019 result is the benchmark that you are eligible to apply to become a teacher. CTET 2019 result will be issued online on CTET 2019 official website (ctet.nic.in) or CBSE Result website (cbseresults.nic.in). Candidates who will qualify the CTET 2019 examination will get the CTET 2019 mark sheet and CTET 2019 certificate. The Validity Period of CTET qualifying certificate for appointment will be seven years from the date of declaration of its result for all categories.
